Located in the heart of an 18-hole golf course, in a residence with swimming pool and sauna, at only 700 m from the beach and 1 km from the city center of Sable-d'Or les Pins, this 30 m² apartment will seduce you!
Located on the first floor, you will have a bright living room with a lounge area with sofa bed, a dining area, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony with a breathtaking view of the golf course as well as a shared pool with sauna to relax after a day of discovery!
Secure parking space. Bed linen and towels extra for stays of less than 7 nights. Housekeeping extra.

The apartment:
Located on the first floor, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, hotplates, combined oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a basin, a towel dryer, WC.

Outside :
- A terrace of 8 m², with a sublime view of the golf course and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
- An indoor heated and shared swimming pool and sauna, accessible from April to the end of October. There are also changing rooms available. The pool and sauna are shared with the residence. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- Secure outdoor parking space, accessible via a digicode.

The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant residence in a residential area. You will find all the amenities in the center, within a few minutes walk: bakery, butcher shop, convenience store, stores, restaurants, bars...

- Washing machines are available in the residence for a fee.
- This accommodation does not have Wifi access. Possibility of paying wifi connection to be paid at the reception of the residence.
- All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
