Built on a 1,000 m2 plot, Villa Playa del Hombre MC surface is 250 m2. It has 4 bedrooms, one of them double with an en suite bathroom, 2 more bedrooms with single beds and a fourth bedroom with sofa bed for two.

This great holiday home is equipped with a modern kitchen, featuring everything you may need to make you feel like home; an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and dining areas, both indoors and outdoors, so you can make the most of your lunch with family and friends.

For an extra cost you will have access to the basement,where you will find a spectacular ballroom area that features two 70-inch televisions, a pool table, a bar and a full bathroom. In addition, you can enjoy the indoor pool and private sauna, it will be like having your own spa!

Villa Playa del Hombre MC is located just 4 minutes on foot from Playa del Hombre and 8 minutes (on foot) to Hoya del Pozo beach. Other beaches such as La Garita, Melenara and Salinetas are just 7 minutes away by car. A few minutes away is also the commercial area of ​​La Mareta where you will find large supermarkets, restaurants, recreational areas and shops of all kinds.

Services included in Villa Playa del Hombre MC

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
The basement will be opened for an extra cost per week, with an extra deposit.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:

Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
