You will have a bright living room with a functional fireplace, a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, as well as a large yard with a nice terrace to enjoy a good meal outside.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a fireplace, as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue machine...
- A sauna
- A separate toilet.
On the middle floor, two bedrooms in a row:
- Room 1: a double sofa bed
- Room 2: in enfilade with room 1 with a dormitory with 3 single beds, only for children.
On the 1st floor :
- Room 3: a double bed
- Room 4: a double bed.
- Room 5: adjoining room 4 with a dormitory with 3 single beds, only for children.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin a hair dryer.
Outside :
- A south-facing terrace, furnished with deck chairs, a table, chairs, as well as a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside.
- Enclosed land of 2000 m², surrounded by the forest on both sides.
- Possibility to park up to 4 cars on the property
- A garage allows you to park motorcycles and/or bikes, skis, fishing rods.
Neighborhood:
The chalet is located at 1500 m of altitude, at the departure of the Donezan hikes. Isolated, in the middle of the national forest, it is close to the road. The first village is 4 km away, easy to access with shops of first necessities : gas station, tourist office, bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, stores, restaurants, bars.

Ski resorts at 10 minutes by car, lake for swimming with all the nautical activities, animal park, yellow train, culinary specialities, local products of quality, sale at the farm, but also, road of wines, visit of the cathar castles...

- The night space is carpeted.
- The fireplace is functional, the first flames are offered.
- The two dormitories are perfect for children, their access may be less comfortable for adults or people with reduced mobility.
